Description
English: Ball-and-stick model of (2S)-cefuroxime. Based on PDB ID 1QMF, full reference:

MOL2 file for the ligand KEF (on chain C) was opened in Avogadro2, hydrogens were added and inverted around the chiral centre of the thiazine ring where it is connected with the carboxyl group. Energy was then optimized with a final MMFF94 energy of -1.4461. I opened this in BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer where this image was created. It was then cropped in GIMP.
